                   3.Rc.No:677/A1/2014,Dt:19.08.2014 of RDM&HS,Visakhapatnam

          It is informed that the objection received from the RDM&HS , Visakhapatnam vide ref 3^rd  cited regarding inclusion  of Social Status & Physical disability in the Multizone Seniority list of PHN(NT)  in respect of Smt.Y.Chellarathanam , PHN(NT) , PHC Thurakalpudi, Visakhaptanam dist has been rectified by inclusion of  Social Status of the individual in seniority list.

            Further, it is informed that vide ref 2nd cited the RDM&HS , Guntur has submitted that no objections or appeals have been received .

           Further, it is informed that no objections or grievances received  within the stipulated period   on the provisional seniority list of PHN(NT) communicated vide reference 1^st cited by the RDM&HS Rajahmundry & Kadapa.

             Inview of the above the final inter-se-seniority list of PHN(NT) in MZ-I  is hereby finalized and communicated for avoiding further delay in the matter as per the information furnished by the officers concerned .And also to rectify the date of Birth mentioned in the annexure if any wrong.
